What data we process and why
Bookings: when you book by phone we keep your name, phone number, date, time and party size, only to manage the booking. We delete this data after the booking date.
Tété em Casa orders: you send the order yourself, by WhatsApp, with your name, mobile number, address and delivery date. We use this data only to prepare and deliver the order and to contact you about it. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms; your messages are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
This website has no forms that send data to our servers and does not collect browsing data for advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
The site keeps in your browser's local storage (localStorage), on your device only and without sending anything to us: the order you are building on the Tété em Casa page, the delivery details you typed there, so you don't have to repeat them, and your cookie choice. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Google Maps: the map in the Find us section only loads after you accept all cookies or click Show the map. At that moment your browser connects to Google's servers, which may set cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
Fonts are served by the site itself. No requests are made to Google Fonts.
Visitor statistics
To know how many people visit the site and which pages they look at, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across sites: it only counts visits in aggregate (page viewed, country, device type and referring site). The request goes through the servers of Cloudflare, Inc., which processes your IP address only for this purpose and does not store it.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any web server, Netlify automatically records technical access data such as the IP address, to keep the service secure and running. See Netlify's privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to ask for its portability. To exercise these rights, contact us through the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
